These terms and conditions only apply to website sales unless otherwise stated.
All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT but inclusive of packaging and delivery charges to any address in UK. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
We welcome enquiries from customers in other countries. Prices are subject to UK Sales Tax (VAT) currently at 20%, which may not be payable by customers outside of the UK; however, additional delivery charges Internationally will usually apply. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
You may pay using Paypal or Bank Transfer. Payments must be made upfront on all orders before production commences, unless credit terms have been previously agreed in writing.
Items shown on this website are not necessarily held in stock and may be ordered as required. If any of your chosen items are out of stock with our suppliers you will be advised on the date it will arrive or given the option to use alternative products. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Tshirt Drop Ltd to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.
We allow a turnaround time of 3-5 working days from the point you place an order with us to the date it is dispatched from our premises. However, this production time is an estimate and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Tshirt Drop Ltd. It is possible for production times to increase during seasonal peaks in trade although we will inform you of such circumstances.
Product images and descriptions
Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
Orders are placed by direct integration with our order processing software, this could be by integrating your Shopify store with our system or by placing your order directly onto our system. Customers who do not hold credit terms with us will be asked to make full payment prior to production of your order or to place a minimum amount on account in advance. Once payment is received your order (s) will be processed.
Except where specifically stated, prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only. We welcome orders to most territories but ask that you check our shipping costs to other locations.
Our standard delivery service within the UK Mainland is Royal Mail First Class, which delivers Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Although this service usually delivers within 24 hours it cannot be guaranteed and can take 3-5 days.
We cannot be responsible for any lost parcels using this service. Any reprinting costs will be charged as normal for items lost in transit when using Royal Mails 1st Class service. If you require extra security, you can upgrade to one of our tracked services. These additional services are price separately and must be requested at the time of ordering.
Customer Returns & Exchanges
As our customer you are welcome to use our facility as a returns address.
Any size exchanges will be processed and charged as if it were a new order. If an item is returned for any defect caused by our production process or an incorrect size or colour has been dispatched then we will replace that item free of charge. Any item to be replaced free of charge must be returned to us in it’s original condition, unworn and unwashed. We cannot take responsibility for any item not returned in it’s original condition.
All garments are printed to order and are non-returnable for refunds by us. If your customers return the item for a refund from your store, we can hold the stock for you to be re-used to fulfil another order, as long as the garment is in it’s original condition, unworn and unwashed.
All garments are printed to order with custom or bespoke designs and are not eligible under any cancellation policy unless the product or print are defective. (This does not affect your Statutory Rights.)
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
These terms and conditions cover Tshirt Drop Ltd. Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.
We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
You agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any material on this site, or to restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by anyone else. It is not permitted to create any link to or from this website without our prior written consent.
Tshirt Drop Ltd do not assume responsibility for any copyrighted works sent to us to be printed. By uploading or sending a design, you accept that you are legally authorised to reproduce or manufacture products using that design. If you have licensed any images for reproduction then please email any documentation to [email protected]
By submitting an image for printing, you agree to the following:
“I confirm that I have the legal right to use this, and any other image submitted to Tshirt Drop Ltd for printing. I agree to indemnify Tshirt Drop Ltd any costs or claims which may result from Tshirt Drop Ltd printing your requested image. Should a copyright holder contact Tshirt Drop Ltd enquiring about the use of their intellectual property, you accept that we may pass on your details.”
